For my birthday this year we decided to drive up north to Amarillo. My mom recommended a burger place there that she and my step-dad tried when driving through Amarillo to visit us in Texas. I believe the place was spotlighted on the show Man vs. Food. It was delicious.

The place is called Coyote Bluff Cafe
We also went to visit Cadillac Ranch. It is a famous landmark with eight Cadillacs sticking out of the ground. They have been spray painted and people come visit and sign their names on the cars.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a special message on one of the cars.

It was quite windy that day, but Wyatt took it like a champ. Although it takes a little longer, it is so fun to have this little guy accompanying us on our adventures.
